Wir suchen eine*n detailorientierte*n und zuverlässige*n Lagerarbeiter*in zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Nachtschicht in Dorset, Vereinigtes Königreich. In dieser Position sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, den effizienten Betrieb unseres Lagers während der Nachtstunden aufrechtzuerhalten, eine genaue Bestandsführung sicherzustellen und unsere Logistikabläufe zu unterstützen. - Annahme, Prüfung und genaue Erfassung eingehender Sendungen und Lagerartikel
- Organisation und Einlagerung von Produkten an den vorgesehenen Lagerplätzen unter Einhaltung der entsprechenden Lagerungsvorschriften
- Präzise und effiziente Kommissionierung und Verpackung von Kundenbestellungen
- Sichere und effektive Bedienung von Lagertechnik wie Gabelstaplern, Palettenhubwagen und Handhubwagen
- Durchführung regelmäßiger Bestandsaufnahmen und Zykluszählungen zur Führung genauer Bestandsunterlagen
- Be- und Entladen von LKWs und Containern gemäß den Versandvorgaben
- Aufrechterhaltung einer sauberen, ordentlichen und sicheren Lagerumgebung während der gesamten Nachtschicht
- Befolgen Sie alle Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Unternehmensvorschriften, um Unfälle und Verletzungen zu vermeiden
- Erkennen und melden Sie Bestandsabweichungen, beschädigte Waren und Geräteausfälle
- Arbeiten Sie selbstständig und kooperativ mit Ihren Teamkolleg*innen zusammen, um die Lagerziele zu erreichen
- Unterstützen Sie bei Sonderprojekten und zusätzlichen Aufgaben, die Ihnen von der Geschäftsleitung zugewiesen werden
Qualifikationen
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Lager- oder Logistikbereich (vorzugsweise mindestens 1–2 Jahre)
- Gültiger Gabelstaplerführerschein oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zu erwerben
- Fähigkeit, regelmäßig und zuverlässig in der Nachtschicht zu arbeiten
- Ausgeprägte Detailgenauigkeit und Sorgfalt bei der Auftragsabwicklung und Bestandsverwaltung
- Körperliche Fähigkeit, regelmäßig Gegenstände mit einem Gewicht von bis zu 50 Pfund zu heben, zu tragen und zu bewegen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen und grundlegende Computerkenntnisse
- Hervorragende Organisations- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig und mit minimaler Aufsicht zu arbeiten
