The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Principal Recruitment Consultant with expertise in permanent or contract recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of recruitment, blending both business development, client development, and top-tier candidate delivery throughout the full 360 recruitment cycle.

About You

You will bring personality, enthusiasm, and charisma, along with a genuine desire to offer the highest level of service to both clients and candidates. Coming from a 360 agency background, your work ethic and ability to implement feedback will be essential to be successful in this ever-growing and developing function. Consistent £200k biller.

The Process

Following your application, it will be a video submission (on-demand), a call with me, and if successful you will speak with the hiring manager (MD), and a final interview.
