Key Responsibilities and who we are looking for: The role of Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie will require you:
- To assist and support the Head Chef with the smooth delivery of service to maintain standards and reputation.
- This is a hands-on role using fresh produce
- You will have good kitchen management to include health and safety / cost control etc.
- You will have a passion and enthusiasm in your work.
- This role will require that you work lunch / evenings and week-ends which are the busiest times.
- You will have previous restaurant food to order chef experience.
