Due to the location of our office, you will need to be a car driver to reach the location of our HQ.

We are looking for a confident and driven Sales Team Leader to oversee one of our teams of sales professionals, specialising in the young driver market. This is a hands-on leadership position that blends sales expertise with strong coaching and performance management.

While you will be focused on leading a small team of 6, you will also remain actively involved in sales yourself, leading from the front and setting the standard for quality and conversion rates.

The Sales Team Leader will:

  • Lead by example with their own sales activity, demonstrating best practice and a strong track record in achieving targets.
  • Monitor team performance against daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, providing guidance and support to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline for the team, ensuring leads are allocated effectively and opportunities are maximized.
  • Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales within the insurance or a similar regulated industry.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding personal sales targets.
  • Prior experience leading or supervising a sales team.
  • Strong ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • A positive and resilient mindset.
