  • We offer a starting salary of £23,000 with a structured career progression plan, where hitting target 3 weeks in a row will lead to a higher base of £28,000. Majority of your earnings will be coming from bonuses, OTE anywhere from £45k+++ (this is uncapped).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Find the best insurance deals for first-time drivers and make sure they get the best bang for their buck.
  • Smash personal and team targets – with loads of rewards and incentives along the way!
  • Keep up with the latest industry trends and know your stuff when it comes to insurance.
  • Build great relationships with your customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A go-getter with a positive attitude and loads of energy.
  • Someone who loves talking to people and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.
  • A motivated individual who enjoys working towards targets and earning commission.
  • Great problem-solving skills – you’ll be helping young drivers find the best options for them!
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but if you’re confident and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
  • Ideally you would need a car and drivers license.
