Training & Development
You will be appointed a mentor and receive regular supervision, with 24/7 access to call senior clinicians, where a second opinion is needed. We believe all of our colleagues should have access to training to support their development, therefore, we have implemented a comprehensive training programme with an established career structure, which will enable you to become a forensic practitioner. Regardless of working hours, each colleague will also have the opportunity to apply for funding for external courses. Mountain Healthcare is also proud to offer our externally accredited training programme, with established links to Staffordshire University.
