Centum Engineering is now inviting Expressions of Interest for the first intake of the Centum Academy. The Academy has been designed to prepare General Operatives for deployment across Centum Engineering projects, providing practical training, industry-recognised certifications, and a structured pathway into long-term opportunities within our business. With a strong pipeline of work across Europe for the years ahead, we are looking for people who want to build a career, develop their skills, and become part of a growing team.

Current projected annual gross earnings for deployed General Operatives range from: £39,486 – £58,844 depending on experience, project assignment, and location.
