Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary, dependent on experience, reviewed annually.

Role
As a qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist, you'll work on projects through all RIBA stages, collaborating closely with clients, top-tier contractors, and their in-house teams. Candidates should have at least two years' experience on UK large-scale projects, preferably in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemes. Experience in BIM and a 3D environment, with knowledge of coordinating consultants' information and project delivery at RIBA stages 4 and 5, is advantageous.

- Develop creative and functional design solutions.
- Produce high-quality technical drawings and specifications.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Fully qualified architect (ARB registered or equivalent) or graduate qualified Architectural Technologist.
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD/Revit).
- Project delivery experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5.
- Track record on experience on UK projects.
Eligibility
Must be based in the UK with the legal right to live and work in.
