Year 1 Teacher

The role:
- Full teaching responsibility for a Year 1 class
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
- Supporting pupils as they transition from EYFS into Key Stage 1
- Assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Working closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- Be enthusiastic, organised, and adaptable
- Have a passion for helping every child achieve their full potential
