Computer Science Teacher
Moore Teachers is working with a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school seeking an enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to teach across the full secondary age range and inspire students to develop their digital, programming, and computational thinking skills.
The role:
- Teaching Computer Science across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5
- Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons
- Supporting students in developing coding, programming, and problem-solving skills
- Assessing, monitoring, and tracking student progress
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Contributing to the wider success of the Computing department
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching Computer Science within a secondary setting
- Be confident teaching across KS3 to KS5
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for technology
- Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be committed to helping students achieve their full potential
