The Opportunity
As an Associate Director Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll lead the commercial delivery of projects from feasibility through to final account, while contributing to wider client strategy and long-term programme success. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading feasibility studies and cost planning from concept to delivery
- Managing procurement, tendering, and contractor engagement
- Overseeing valuations, cost reporting, and change control

- Driving value engineering with a focus on long‑term sustainability
- Working closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders at all levels

About You
- 7+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying (consultancy or contractor)
- Strong front‑end cost planning and estimating capability
- Solid understanding of JCT and NEC contracts
- Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying (RICS preferred)
- A confident communicator who can operate with clients at all levels
- Someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and problem‑solving
- A leader who can mentor, guide, and elevate those around them
