We’re on the lookout for a switched-on Accounts Administrator to join our busy and friendly team in Cheshunt. If you’ve got some experience in an accounts administration role and you’re comfortable working with numbers, systems, and spreadsheets, this could be a great role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Inputting supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Raising sales invoices in a timely manner
- Using Sage to process sales and purchases
- Investigating queries
- Providing day-to-day admin support to the wider team
- Keeping things organised and ticking over behind the scenes
- Assisting the Operations team as required on a regular basis
What we’re looking for:
- A solid couple of years in an accounts administration or admin role
- Familiarity with Sage would be ideal - if you’ve used it before, let us know
- Basic Excel skills - nothing fancy, just enough to handle figures confidently
- A keen eye for detail and a no-nonsense approach to getting the job done
