Role Description
Compensation: Β£11.90 - Β£15.95 per hour
This is a zero hour contract role as a Support Worker at Maximus Staffing Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day care and support to individuals in need. This includes assisting with personal care, facilitating activities, promoting independence, and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. You will work closely with a team of care professionals to deliver the highest standard of care.
Qualifications

Experience as a Support Worker - 1 Year Minimum

Strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of safeguarding procedures

Excellent communication skills

Support skills (e.g., medication administration, using assistive devices, medical equipment)

Ability to work effectively in a team

Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations

Relevant certifications or qualifications in care or related fields

Experience working in a similar role or in the healthcare industry is a plus
