This is a zero hour contract role as a Support Worker at Maximus Staffing Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day care and support to individuals in need. This includes assisting with personal care, facilitating activities, promoting independence, and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients. You will work closely with a team of care professionals to deliver the highest standard of care.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Support Worker - 1 Year Minimum
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Support skills (e.g., medication administration, using assistive devices, medical equipment)
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
