We have an opportunity available for a Bank Support Worker with Personal Care to join the team at Rosemary Court based in Darlington, DL1 4UB. Salary: £13.12 per hour.

Responsibilities
As a Support Worker (with personal care), you should hold our Making Space values in your heart. You must be able to connect with individuals on a deep level, providing them with customised care, and helping them achieve their individual goals. You will be assisting individuals with personal hygiene, grooming and dressing, empowering them to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. A kind understanding and flexible approach to your work is needed as you will also provide emotional support and encouragement to help these individuals build their confidence and self-esteem. Therefore, if you have strong empathy and are both adaptable with a proactive approach to life, then you have the strong foundations to being a Support Worker (with personal care).
Qualifications
It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space, you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role. Please note, a full UK driving licence is required for this role. We are seeking individuals who can showcase that their personal values align with ours here at Making Space.
