We have an opportunity available for a part time Support Worker to join the team at our residential service, Syrian House based in Manchester.
Salary: £13.12 per hour
Hours: 21 per week

Your role will involve providing exceptional care and unwavering support to the people we support, particularly those with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviour that challenges. You will provide personal care, administer medication and assist with domestic tasks. As a tailor-made supporter, you will have the opportunity to adjust your approach to each individual's unique needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of care possible. The successful candidate will bring excellent communication skills, a person-centred approach to care and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
