Shape the future of private credit investing while helping to manage risk in some of the most complex transactions across Europe. Joining the Credit Risk team within the Risk Management Group, you will work closely with Macquarie Capital to support innovative direct lending investments, providing independent insight and challenge that helps drive informed decision‑making and long‑term success.

What role will you play?

As an Associate Director within the Risk Management Group, you will partner closely with Macquarie Capital to assess, structure and oversee Direct Lending transactions throughout the investment lifecycle. Combining strong credit judgement with commercial awareness, you will analyse complex opportunities, evaluate risks and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders, helping to support sound investment decisions. You will build trusted relationships across the business, contribute to the ongoing development of the team’s risk approach and capabilities, and provide leadership, coaching and people management support within the team.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our advertised location.

What you offer:
