We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. At Macquarie, you're empowered to shape a career that is fulfilling and creates value. You will bring your insights and expertise to the task at hand and feel supported as you make your own kind of impact for a better future.
What role will you play?
Drawing on your alternative funds expertise, you will support the legal aspects of private credit fund formation, fundraising activity and client platforms across infrastructure credit, direct lending, collateralised loan obligations and other long-term income strategies. Working closely with product specialists and portfolio teams, the role will involve helping to structure funds and separately managed accounts, with a primary focus on European fundraising for a global investor base. There will also be opportunities to support high net worth and more retail-focused vehicles, as well as contribute to the continued growth of Macquarie Asset Management's Credit and Insurance platform. What you offer
- 2-5 years of experience in alternative funds, ideally gained through private fund launches in EMEA, with exposure to credit funds and separately managed accounts being helpful rather than essential

- Exposure to cross-border fund structures, with a clear interest in developing further expertise in this area
- Established knowledge in European private funds law, from either private practice or an in-house environment, with the ability to build strong working relationships across legal and business teams
