About the Role
Our client is seeking to hire a high calibre asset manager with circa 1-3 years PQE. Joining a self-contained management unit the successful candidate will look after a joint venture mixed portfolio of assets ranging across all property types. The role requires a good degree of independent ability.
Responsibilities
- Asset Management of own portfolio of assets
- Developing and implementing value add asset management strategies
- Formulating annual business plans for each asset
- Various asset management related tasks including; new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, lease expiries, surrenders, forfeitures and client reporting
- Pre-development and development work.
- Implementing and overseeing refurbishment programmes and asset repositioning
- Managing third party service providers including: letting agents, solicitors, property managers and building surveyors.
- Close liaison with JV partners.

- MRICS
Required Skills
- Demonstrate a track record of delivering value-add across a variety of real estate asset classes.
- Articulate and numerate with good analytical skills.
- Looking for a bright individual who is motivated and has rigorous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- An aptitude for problem solving and a tenacity to get things done.
- A team player who can act autonomously and can juggle priorities effectively.
- Diplomacy, tact, and a helpful, positive, professional presentation and attitude are required.

- Confidence and good proven negotiation skills along with being a strong communicator and a driven and talented individual to make a real difference as part of a dedicated and professional team.
