Project Manager – Retail & Mixed-Use Development
London, Hybrid
£60-80k + Bonus
 
Leading UK property developer appointing a Project Manager to join their dynamic asset management development team in London.
 
An excellent opportunity to join an established client-side business, managing a portfolio of retail and mixed-use projects across the UK.
Working alongside established professionals, you will be operating from inception through to completion on £multi-million projects.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ranging in value from minor projects to c. £4m
  • Oversee cut and carve and new build projects
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, including design, legal and cost teams.
  • Manage professional appointments and oversee contractors.
  • Lead projects through all RIBA stages
  • Review and agree budgets, legal documentation and final accounts
  • Travel nationwide as required.

 
Skills & Experience

  • Degree-qualified with MRICS or MCIOB status and minimum 2 years’ PQE.
  • Strong track record in retail or mixed-use development from RIBA 1-6
  • Experience under JCT contracts and the agreement for lease process.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects independently.
