Learning Support Assistant Location: Newark, (NG24) Pay: £115 per day Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 16.00pm Contract: Full-time, long term to permanent Start Date: ASAP after an informal meeting About the Role Long Term Futures is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for an independent specialist school located in Newark. The school supports children and young people aged 5 to 19 with autism and associated needs. With small class sizes and high staffing levels, the school provides a structured and supportive environment that promotes both academic learning and personal development. The curriculum is highly personalised, with a strong emphasis on communication, emotional wellbeing, practical life skills and therapeutic support.
