The Company
This is a professional services network with a global membership spanning legal, accountancy and financial advice. The Events and Sponsorship Executive role sits at the point where two specialist teams, events and marketing, work closely on a shared programme, and this hire is specifically designed to bring those teams closer together.
The Role
The Events and Sponsorship Executive sits in the events team but works across into marketing, coordinating the promotional side of the event programme alongside the broader team and supporting sponsors to get the most from their involvement.
- Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events, including registration and logistics
- Respond to member and attendee enquiries, supporting smooth event delivery
- Liaise with venues, suppliers and internal teams throughout the event cycle
- Support sponsors in developing promotional plans and maximising event exposure
- Create event promotional materials using Canva and/or Adobe InDesign
- Coordinate sponsorship planning meetings and record minutes and actions
- Work collaboratively across the events and marketing teams to reduce handoff friction
The Candidate
You will have a background in event support, from a venue, agency or association, and be comfortable handling the admin and coordination that keeps events running to plan. Strong organisational skills and clear communication are a given, and so is the ability to pick up design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. An Events and Sponsorship Executive at this level needs to be someone who can move between tasks and teams without losing the thread.
Some exposure to event marketing or coordination is beneficial but not essential. A full UK driving licence is required given the office location. Candidates coming from event administration, membership organisations or association events are very welcome to apply for this Events and Sponsorship Executive opportunity.
The package includes up to Β£32,000 depending on experience, international travel and genuine cross-team scope in a relaxed workplace.
We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, embracing diversity across all intersecting dimensions, including ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, well-being, abilities, and neurodiversity.
