Over the past six years, our client has expanded, building exceptional packages for their growing customer base. Based in Houghton-le-Spring, the company is ideally situated between Newcastle, Durham, and Sunderland. They will ensure you receive the tools and support needed to excel. Your Mission

As a Sales Executive, your mission will be to build instant rapport with customers, actively listen and process their needs to offer tailored packages. You will need to overcome objections with in-depth product knowledge and think creatively to provide unique business solutions. Resilience is key, as you will often encounter the word ‘No’. Self-motivation is crucial, as the company trusts you to manage your time effectively without micro-management. Setting personal goals will be essential for your success.

This role requires:
