Here is where you step in. You’re a seasoned, technically minded TAM, ready to become the go to expert for customers. They’ve signed the dotted line and now need you to show them how excellent the tools are. You’ll guide them on the full implementation, taking them seamlessly through the post sales journey into a fully fledged platform believer!
You’ll engage and manage all things product from software engineers to the C-suite, building lasting relationships and help clients unlock maximum value from their data. This could be anything from onboarding complex systems, tackling integration challenges or leading technical sessions that showcase just quite how brilliant this product is.
This is a high-impact role that demands serious technical firepower. You’ll need deep experience with Cloud native tooling, hands-on knowledge of observability tools e.g. Grafana, DataDog or Splunk, and the ability to troubleshoot containerised environments like a pro. You have the technical knowledge and the confidence to convey this to whoever needs to hear it.
