The senior Relief Chef role would suit a head chef or Sous looking for more work/home life flexibility, work when you want and get paid for every hour you work plus get paid mileage & travel time for certain assignments.

About You

  • At least 3 years senior Chef experience
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 a minimum
  • Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
  • Well presented, good communication skills, enthusiastic
  • Level 2 FSA certification
  • Previous rosette experience or working with fresh seasonal produce
