The Role
- Very hands on - you will be leading from the front!
- Leading a team of up to 15-20
- Strong leadership required in the GM's and AGM absence
- Being the ultimate host - not only greeting the regulars with a huge smile, but creating new regulars with your already proven skills at being the heart of your local community
- You must be able to think on your feet
- You must be able to drive and possess your own transport
