- M&A Advisory
- Strategic employer advice, investigations, reorganisations and redundancies.
- Executive contracts, employment policies and corporate transactions.
You will take responsibility for matters and client relationships, contribute to business development and, according to experience, help supervise junior colleagues.
About you
You will have at least 2 years’ PQE in Employment law, strong training and technical ability, and experience across contentious and advisory matters.
Experience advising both employers and senior employees would be particularly valuable. The firm is interested in lawyers who combine sound judgement with commercial awareness, ambition and the confidence to build lasting client relationships.
