Lennox Recruitment is looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to work with one of the UK’s leading Education recruitment agencies who source teachers for Primary, Secondary and SEN schools in Essex We’re looking for: * 360 Recruitment consultant. * Good Business Development skills is a must (cold calling clients and winning new business). * Any previous sector experience is welcomed! * Recruitment consultants will be running a Dual desk (Temp and Perm placements). Here are the details – * Base salary between £25-40k, depending on individual experience. * 10% commission on permanent placements and up 25% on contract placements. * With a potential guarantee on earnings for the right candidate. * Working 7am – 4pm during term time and 9am – 3pm in the school holidays. * 1 day a week remote working. * Offering tons of support and career development! * Top billers earning 6 figures!
