Recruitment Consultant – Education Office based – CM2 0DG £28,000 – £40,000  + uncapped commission Do you want to earn a competitive salary that increases with success? Are you driven, determined and motivated to succeed? TeacherActive are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Essex. This role is fully office-based, Monday to Friday, therefore right-to-work in the UK is a requirement. Working hours: Term time: 7:30 – 4:30/5:30 School holidays: Reduced hours: 8:30-3:30pm approx. The role of a Recruitment Consultant: Sales/business development with new and existing clients to win business from schools Working with clients, identifying their needs and requirements to fill their vacancies Attending client meetings, school visits, recruitment fairs and expos Searching for candidates through various tools, such as advertising, cv searching, referrals and utilising the CRM Shortlisting CVs, contacting educators and interviewing face to face to build a pipeline of candidates Supporting schools with educators on a temporary and permanent basis Assisting schools with emergency cover on a daily basis, filling bookings quickly …
