We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Site Secretary to join a leading main contractor. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an excellent team, with progression opportunities available. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment, acting as the main point of contact for the office and liaising with multiple teams. Our client is a leading main contractor specialising in construction and fit-out projects. The project involves the redevelopment of an existing building, including significant structural alterations, to deliver a high-end commercial and retail space in London’s West End. You will be supporting the Project Manager on a project with a construction value of approximately 30 million.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Quality checking all documentation and communications
- Ordering office supplies
- Acting as the main point of contact
- Ordering materials and PPE when necessary
