Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation in their search for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their senior leadership team. This is a hybrid contract role, based in Bristol, with 1-2 days per week in the office. The contract is set to run for 4 months initially, with the possibility of extension.
The Role
We’re looking for a confident, highly organised Executive Assistant to provide professional, high-level support to the CEO and Deputy CEO, while also working collaboratively with other Executive Assistants supporting the wider Executive Team. This is a fast-paced and varied role requiring excellent communication skills, proactive thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complex diary and inbox management for senior executives
- Organising and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Booking travel and managing logistics for senior leadership
- Supporting the Executive Team with administrative tasks
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Helping to coordinate internal events and board-level engagements
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administration role
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Discreet, professional, and confident dealing with senior stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
