Juice Recruitment is excited to support a growing business in their search for an experienced HR Generalist. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to take on a varied role, supporting recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, shortlisting, interviews, and hiring.
- Coordinating onboarding processes, including contracts, induction schedules, and employee documentation.
- Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Managing disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company policies.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees.
- Maintaining and updating HR records in compliance with GDPR and legal requirements.
- Ensuring policies, contracts, and procedures are up to date and compliant with UK employment law.
- Preparing HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Identifying training needs and coordinating internal and external training programs.
- Supporting appraisals, career development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assisting in managing employee benefits, including pensions and healthcare schemes.
- Supporting HR projects such as diversity initiatives and employee engagement programs.
- Driving initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Skills & Experience Required
- CIPD Level 5 or working towards it.
- 2-3 years' experience in an HR role, ideally within a similar-sized organisation.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
- Experience managing HR projects is desirable.
- Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is desirable.
