Role Overview
We are looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Lead – IT to independently manage end-to-end global IT recruitment delivery. This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for understanding customer requirements, sourcing through multiple channels, managing interviews, closing offers, and conducting weekly status connects with global customers. The role requires business-level fluency in English and Japanese.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
- Engage directly with global customers to understand hiring needs.
- Translate requirements into actionable sourcing strategy.
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to offer closure.
- Ensure SLA adherence and fulfillment targets.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Build structured pipelines for recurring and strategic roles.
- Create bilingual job postings (English & Japanese).
- Screening & Interview Management
- Conduct structured screening interviews.
- Assess technical skills, communication capability, and client readiness.
- Coordinate interviews across time zones.
- Manage feedback loops and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Offer & Closure
- Support salary discussions and negotiations.
- Drive offer acceptance and joining confirmation.
- Maintain candidate engagement until onboarding.
- Customer Engagement & Reporting
- Conduct weekly customer connects.
- Present hiring dashboards and pipeline status.
- Share metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, and challenges.
- Provide hiring market insights when required.
