The agency works with some of the world’s best-known B2B and technology brands, combining creativity, strategy, data and media to produce integrated campaigns across multiple markets. This is an opportunity to take a senior role within a close-knit creative team, developing ambitious ideas and helping shape the agency’s creative output. There’s also genuine scope for progression, making this particularly interesting for an Art Director who ultimately wants to move towards a Creative Director role.
The role:
- Concept development: Lead the development of original creative concepts that answer client challenges and help brands stand out within their markets.
- Creative collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, designers, strategists and client teams to ensure ideas are creatively strong and strategically relevant.
- Art direction and craft: Bring a strong visual eye and attention to detail across campaigns, ensuring the quality of the work remains consistently high.
- Creative execution: Oversee the visual direction of projects from initial concept through to final delivery across a range of channels and formats.
- AI and emerging tools: Use and explore the latest generative AI and visual creative tools to develop, visualise and communicate ideas. The agency is actively embracing AI as part of its creative process.
- Mentoring: Support and inspire more junior members of the creative team, helping develop both their thinking and their craft.
What we’re looking for:
- You’ll ideally have 5+ years’ experience in an Art Direction role, preferably within an agency environment.
- A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates both conceptual thinking and visual execution.
- The confidence to present and talk through your creative thinking.
- Experience working on integrated campaigns across different channels and formats.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- A working knowledge of mainstream visual AI and generative creative tools.
- B2B agency experience would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential.
- This could be a particularly good opportunity for an ambitious Art Director who wants greater creative responsibility today and the opportunity to progress towards Creative Director in the future.
