Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + OTE £75,000
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation operating within the housing, construction and public-sector sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Public Partnerships Manager to support the development and delivery of strategic public-sector opportunities.
Reporting to the Director of Public Partnerships, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across business development, bid management, construction and finance functions. The role offers regular exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to play a key role in expanding the organisation's public-sector presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and develop public-sector opportunities.
- Support the management and progression of the opportunity pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare high-quality bids and submissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with public-sector stakeholders and framework providers.
- Monitor procurement opportunities and framework developments.
- Assist in developing commercially viable opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Provide regular pipeline updates and market intelligence to senior management.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure successful bid and project outcomes.
Experience & Skills
- Experience in a business development, bidding, partnerships or opportunity-focused role.
- Exposure to housing, construction, regeneration or public-sector environments.
- Understanding of public-sector procurement processes and frameworks.
- Experience managing or supporting opportunity pipelines.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities.
Package & Benefits
- Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
- On-target earnings of up to £75,000 per annum.
