Compensation
- $200,000 - $215,000

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a 3-5 person software engineering team
- Oversee an approximately 15-person development function
- Partner closely with product managers
- Maintain technical credibility while focusing heavily on people leadership
- Drive process improvement and software modernization
- Develop high-performing engineers and future leaders
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Proven software engineering management background
- Direct management experience over software developers/engineers
- Ability to remain technically credible with code
- Experience partnering with product management
- Willingness to work onsite in Birmingham, AL, 8-5
