What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Partner with sales teams to provide financial clarity and insights
- Analyze financial data to guide business decisions
- Serve as liaison across accounting functions and business units
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of solid accounting experience
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- Public accounting preferred
- Strong ERP system experience
- Adaptability in evolving systems and environments
- Demonstrated leadership presence and professionalism
