What You’ll Be Doing:

- Monitor productivity, billable hours, and realization reports.
- Manage performance evaluations and compensation administration.
- Improve departmental policies, processes, and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- Extensive paralegal experience with a background in law firm operations.
- Supervisory or management experience overseeing paralegals.
- Professional services experience with client interaction preferred.
- Familiarity with legal technology and workflow systems, such as iManage.
