We’re on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Internal Account Manager to join our fast growing team at InVentry. In this exciting role, you’ll be the go-to expert for our valued existing customers; helping them discover the best solutions from our industry-leading portfolio of products and services.
You’ll play a key role in building long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our clients continue to receive the exceptional experience that makes InVentry a market leader.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to inbound enquiries and proactively contact existing InVentry customers
- Identify new business opportunities; for both yourself and the wider sales team
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and contribute to sales campaign ideas
- Liaise with External Account Managers, Resellers and the Internal Support Team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Build strong relationships with partners and resellers by representing InVentry at trade shows and industry events
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 GCSEs (grades A* to C), including Maths and English
- A self-motivated, sales-driven attitude with plenty of energy and enthusiasm
- Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Confidence and professionalism when speaking with customers over the phone
- High level of computer proficiency, with the ability to manage emails, draft invoices and use CRM systems effectively
- A confident, clear writing style for customer communications and documentation
- Previous telesales or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience (desirable but not essential)
