Role Summary
Seeking a hands-on SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Specialist to lead end-to-end migration activities across a large-scale SAP transformation programme.
The role will be responsible for data discovery, mapping, cleansing, migration execution, reconciliation, and cutover readiness to ensure successful go-live outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP data migration delivery from planning through cutover.
- Define migration strategy, scope, governance, and wave plans.
- Manage data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and quality activities.
- Execute mock loads, production loads, reconciliation, and defect resolution.
- Coordinate migration activities with testing, environments, and business teams.
- Support cutover planning and provide data readiness recommendations.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 8+ years' experience in SAP Data Migration.
- Proven delivery of at least 2 SAP S/4HANA migration programmes.
- Experience with Bluefield migrations, carve-outs, or complex data transformations.
- Strong Finance and Procurement data migration expertise.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, MDG, or similar tools.
- Strong data mapping, reconciliation, ETL, and SQL skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
