Role Overview: As a Salesforce Product Owner, you'll lead as the Salesforce Change Lead, driving best practices and delivering Salesforce improvements for their operations teams. You'll collaborate with cross-functional squads to ensure a continual flow of development-ready work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather insights and understand key processes, pain points, and strategic goals.
  • Own and maintain the Operations Salesforce improvement backlog, prioritising based on business value and strategic objectives.
  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and maintain the Operations Salesforce roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Champion Salesforce best practices and contribute to the wider platform roadmap.
  • Ensure data quality and safeguard against common errors through good data hygiene processes.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvements.

Role Requirements:

  • Experience delivering operational improvements and managing a backlog of work.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud with a good understanding of its core capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices (e.g., scrum, kanban) and tools like Jira.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and balance multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in business.
  • CII qualification preferred but not essential.
