As a Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and supporting cutting-edge cloud solutions for a broad range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, deploy, and support cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration into client networks.
- Assist in infrastructure solution upgrades and provide expert support for complex issues.
- Collaborate with the managed services team, serving as a third-line support lead.
- Develop expertise in Nutanix HCI and other platforms.
- Proficiency in virtualization technologies like VMware, KVM, and Hyper-V.
- Experience with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), particularly Nutanix.
- Strong networking knowledge, including L2/L3 switching, routing, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with enterprise data center systems and backup solutions.
- Expertise in Windows operating environments, including Active Directory and Group Policies.
- Understanding of ITIL principles and service management documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with Linux systems and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google).
- Proficiency in scripting with Ansible and Terraform.
- Experience with backup technologies and Dell/EMC virtualization products.
- Previous exposure to Service Desk environments and mentoring experience.
