We are seeking an experienced Migration Project Manager to lead a high-profile platform migration initiative for a fast-growing organization in the financial services sector. This role involves overseeing the migration of customer and operational data to a next-generation digital platform designed to enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver an end-to-end data migration project, ensuring seamless transition with minimal disruption to services.
- Manage the migration of customer data and operational processes to a secure, scalable digital platform.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks while resolving challenges to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, maintaining alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, risk assessments, and retrospectives.
- Drive adherence to governance and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
- Extensive experience managing complex data and platform migration projects, ideally within financial services or similarly regulated industries.
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
