Job Summary: We are looking for a computer architecture and algorithm researcher with expertise in CPU and NPU architectures and a focus on the design of routing protocols for networks-on-chip. The ideal candidate will be an expert on algorithm design and analysis for computer architecture, and be responsible for developing innovative lock-free, flow-balanced, fault-tolerant, and high-speed routing protocols for networks-on-chip. This role will also support the local research team in communicating effectively with the headquarter, so as to ensure seamless collaboration. Strong mathematical problem-solving and analytical skills, proficiency in relevant programming languages and micro-architectures, and passion for cutting-edge innovation are essential.
Key Responsibilities: The candidate will be a key member of the computation theory team at the forefront of networks-on-chip development. The responsibility is to design and implement routing protocols and relevant simulators and tools for architecture exploration and performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have a strong theoretical computer science or mathematics background, and research experience on computer architecture.

- Extensive industry experience in algorithm design and computer architecture.
- Quick learner, capable of familiarizing oneself with new areas through academic research, conferences, and discussions with experts.
- Excellent communication skills and experience engaging with reputable companies and individuals; able to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- PhD degree in Theoretical Computer Science or Mathematics.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
