Your Role: As the Chief AI System Software & Hardware Co-design Architect at Huawei, you will be at the helm of pioneering Huawei's AI system into a new era. Your role involves:
- Shaping the Future of AI: Take charge of advancing the technical edge of Huawei’s AI processors. You will delve into the core technologies driving NPU chips, setting the direction for ground-breaking innovations.
- Strategizing for Global Impact: Craft and steer comprehensive evolution strategies and roadmaps. Your vision will chart the course for Huawei’s dominance in the AI system domain.
- Integrate Cutting-Edge Technologies: Spearhead the integration of diverse AI sub-domains including memory hierarchy, interconnect topology, application algorithms, frameworks, runtime environments, modelling, simulation, SDK and compilers.
- Lead in AI Evolution: Stay ahead of the curve in AI industry and technology trends. Your role involves deeply understanding and predicting the future of AI applications and algorithms.
- Guide and Inspire Technical Teams: As a leader, you will orchestrate the lifecycle management of complex technical projects.
