As a Night Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that consistent high-quality customer service is delivered at the Front Office during the night shifts. You will provide guidance and leadership for the Front Office Night Receptionists / Auditors. You will motivate and support our team and ensure our guests’ satisfaction while providing a personal and friendly service to our guests. The front desk is open 24/7, and you will be working during night shifts.

We are looking for a person who wants to be part of developing our hotel. As a Night Manager, you are responsible for the entire Front Office Night team and report to the Front Office Manager. You will be a member of a great team where everyone is just as important as the other!

You Are

You will be responsible for the arrival and departure of our guests and the completion of all supervisor shift checklists. You will respond to every guest’s requests, including concierge requests. You have experience working as a Night Receptionist / Supervisor before and will help with Food & Beverage outlets. You need to provide a personal and friendly service to our guests and be service-minded with a focus on the guest experience. You are a team player.
