Job Description

You will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and identifying their service or repair needs.
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, and repairs.
- Providing accurate and clear updates to customers throughout the day.
- Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed correctly and on time.
- Producing detailed job cards, invoices, and service documentation.
- Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
- Ensuring all customer interactions deliver a premium brand experience.
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an automotive Service Advisor
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A calm, professional, and customer-first approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good IT and administrative skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
