Automotive Service Advisor – Norfolk
Location: Norwich, Norfolk. Salary: £19,000 plus £3,000 bonus. Term: Full time, permanent. Hours: 8.00–6.00 Monday to Friday & 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Driven Motor Jobs are looking for a Service Advisor for their client who is a well established service centre, offering a highly competitive package and fantastic benefits.

Responsibilities
- Manage workshop load (hours booked).
- Consistently upsell parts and accessories.
- Achieve an excellent CSI and Mystery Shopper results.
- Deal with customer complaints.
- Maintain an excellent level of customer retention.
- Work well within a team across all departments.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Service Advisor. Good communicator, well organised, sets high standards and can deliver results. A full UK driving licence is essential.
