Job Description
As a Showroom Manager, you’ll lead by example, creating a high-performing sales environment where exceptional customer service and commercial success go hand in hand. You’ll motivate, coach and develop your team, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to deliver outstanding results while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and professionalism across the showroom.

Key Responsibilities
- Play a key role in launching and shaping an exciting new brand showroom
- Help create and influence the sales processes from day one
- Build a strong sales pipeline from a new customer database through proactive outbound activity
- Turn leads into appointments using confident, engaging communication
- Bring energy, initiative and a genuine can-do attitude to a growing operation
- Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of a new sales team
- Progress into a multi-brand role working across Chery, Polestar and Volvo
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to maximise opportunities and drive performance
- Take real ownership of the showroom’s growth, customer experience and ongoing success
- Enjoy the freedom to introduce new ideas and make a visible impact on the business
