Role Purpose

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across our Microsoft technology offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential opportunities through targeted outreach, research, and proactive engagement.
  • Generate high-quality leads and schedule discovery calls or meetings for our Senior Business Consultants.
  • Work closely with marketing to execute focused campaigns that drive awareness and interest.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and other strategic partners to support referral activity.
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records of interactions and pipeline progress within our CRM.
  • Produce lead reports and analyse performance to continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Align outreach activity with business strategy, sales priorities, and market trends.
  • Complete all mandatory training within required timeframes.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development - ideally within the technology or SaaS sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging prospects at all levels.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.

  • Ability to build rapport and develop long-term relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-sufficient, organised, and able to follow or create structure where needed.
